"The benefits are completely worthless compared to other companies I have worked for, for instance: I went in to get some dental work done, just to find out that I couldn't get a crown until I have had there insurance for 12 months (anything that was considered "Major" fell into this category)......not to mention they make you wait 90 days to get coverage in the first place."
