Pros
There are a few great people that I’ve formed life long friendships with that genuinely care about you, but when I say a few I mean a few.
Cons
Massively underpaid and overworked. Upper management doesn’t care about the employees. The lack of common sense, leadership & accountability from upper management in off the charts unreal. Everyone at that level only care about themselves and has no problem throwing people under the bus. The atmosphere and culture of this company is horrible. They have great ambition but they are trying to build a house in quicksand and don’t have a firm foundation. If you work here it is strictly a paycheck and pretty much keep to yourself because gossiping runs wild. The warehouse is freezing in the winter and near unbearable in the summer. If you like working 6-7 days a week though and never seeing your family for $12 and hour then this is the job for you.
