You get to take home what's left over.

Cons

They don't care about your personal life although they're always asking. I was still in high school with 3 AP classes and was only suppose to be part time because I was under age but I was working 40 hours a week. Maybe it was just my Cinnabon because they are all individually owned but their was just too much drama. They openly discriminated against people who came to apply. They would throw away applications for people who they thought were ugly or too old. They rarely ever hired men unless they thought you were sexy.

Treatment towards staff ,they can use you then take you off rota with no notice and tell you sorry today was your last day bye

Pros

Great coworkers, employee benefit/discounts. Mostly you can get what you want for free.

Cons

No tips, underpaid for long shifts, no breaks or lunches, management was shady. Under the table. Inflexible hours. Schedule was sent mid week at times. I've came home crying over this job more than once because of the demanding ideals management expected. Don't ever waste your tears on a minimum wage job!
