      - Great work environment - Free catered lunch, coffee - Excellent training in how laboratory science worked etc. - Excellent training in laboratory techniques.

      Cons

      - Limited room for career development and growth at the PT level - Relatively low pay compared to other positions

      Decent benefits, Good life experiences Complimentary lunch Fun parties Direct access to CEO, who is someone I admire on a personal level

      Cons

      HR and payroll were incredibly unprofessional. Full of liars and backstabbers Salary wasn't great Success was not measured by an employee's work, it was measured by who they were friends with. Advancement was clearly tied to personal friendships with HR During layoffs, criteria for keeping your job was again clearly tied to personal friendships with HR
