      Toxic environment

      Pros

      Super helpful colleagues in other departments. Free coffee. Challenging and engaging. Loved to work with clients. Offices are well equipped.

      Cons

      Highly toxic environment under one team lead. Yet when the problem was arise with the HR by more than one person, they rather turn a blind eye. No actions were ever taken which is very frustrating. No raise with almost 3 years of working the same position. The benefits are good but are very, very pricy.

      Pros

      Salary with Christie Innomed is competitive for the market

      Cons

      Work life balance is upside down, working long hours and weekends are normal The business system used is horrific, overly complex Benefits are sub par with copay requirements Employee turnover is very high, management style is micromanagement Interesting the sudden influx of positive reviews in Oct and Nov 2021.

      - Decent pay and benefits - This company has a history and has done noble things in the past - There are a few employees that really shine and make up for the remainder

      Cons

      - Overly political, so that results, good or bad, are only there to serve a narrative - Rampant nepotism, skills and knowledge do not matter but it's who you know that counts - Manipulative management practices concealing (sometimes not) all the contempt they have for their employees - Toxic work culture and needlessly stressful work environment - Top down CxO driven micromanagement with no space for feedback - Still surfing on passed successes and using this to be complacent - The only strategy to stay relevant is through acquisitions
