During Covid-19 Christie was hit hard. The UK office was almost completely furloughed. In the Canadian office staff were required to work 4-day weeks; production was cut in half and laid off. In the US, people were either permanently laid off, temporarily laid off, or required to be furloughed one week a month for at least the past three months. During this time, the company decided to promote several people from Managers to Directors; from Directors to Senior Directors; from Vice Presidents to Executive Vice Presidents. With promotions come raises. During a period of time when the company is struggling with sales, laying people off, or furloughing them, they decide to promote people and give them raises. They talk about how much they care about employees, but actions like this prove the contrary. This has been going on for the better part of the last five years.
The company has completely lost it's culture and values. No matter what Senior Management says about "OneChristie"; it DOES NOT EXISIT. You can make suggestions until you are blue it the face, no one will listen - or it never makes it past your direct manager.
