friendly environment Good people to work with MD of the company is gem of a person Most of the employees are there only because the MD is down to earth person Fun activities done every forth night Annual Offsites (party)are fun, too good. Incentives are amazing

Cons

Extended working hours everyday leaving on time is considered a crime too many projects given to one person Increments are less than peanuts only 1 break of 20 mins a day inspite of a official break of 60mins leaves is a HUGE TASK Limited growth opportunities

They will never fire you unless you're absolutely terrible at your job. So there's great job security. Most people quit before a year is over. The pay isn't bad, but not great. There is some room for advancement if you're motivated, but you won't be getting more than a few percentage points in a raise. Hey, it sure beats working at McDonalds.

Cons

Depressing and stressful work environment. The people who stay long-term are dead inside or just not smart enough to notice the problems. Many things about the work-flow in the office are outdated and tedious. Trying to improve anything is like pulling teeth because half of upper management doesn't understand the business.
