Pros

This is a great work environment, created by the employees. The culture is very inviting.

Cons

Leadership is disjointed. CEO is in the office sporadically which leaves those left in charge to call the shots. This leads to miscommunication and a staff that doesn't know where to go for real answers. Turn over is rampant and I believe this is the result of poor leadership & lack of investment in their new hires.

Pros

- Friendly people - Great for the collections industry - Flexible schedule - Small company - Comfortable atmosphere

Cons

- Company culture is overbearing (friendly but want you to drink the "koolaid") - Not clearly defined metrics - Hypocrictical (they call it spontenaety, but it's really just mixed messages) - Very Religious (could be a positive, depending on personal preference) - Little room for growth and pay is limited - Probabtion period for new employees is exhausting (50hr work week)
