      Pros

      You can make okay money if you’re willing to put up with a lot of nonsense

      Cons

      No work life balance, they refuse to provide PPE, unsafe equipment, and “chiefs” that are wildly unqualified. The social media accounts and website make it look polished but it’s actually a sham of a company.

      There were a handful of coworkers that actually had your back.

      Cons

      Senior management lacked real experience. No one wanted to actually take initiative and all questions about majority of departments had to be cleared by one person even though the person asked was not even remotely connected to the outcome of the decisions. Gossip is a very big part of company culture. People used gossip to try to get ahead of other coworkers. If you aren’t liked by a select few people, you are more than likely going to get fired and then gaslit about how you’re bad at your job.
