Free Lunch on Wednesday. Get to practice your Mandarin a lot as you can’t speak English to the Chinese, they are lousy in English.

Forever Second Class to Chinese. Back Stabbing and Bad-Mouthed by Chinese. Need to bend and bow to the Self-Acknowledged Superior God-like Chinese. Political. Resistance to Change. Chinese Management petty and bears grudges. Super high staff turnover. Super Ignorant and Conservative Business Mind. Low Skill-level. Very busy but very little business. Lots of meetings etc...
