Pros
There are some very bright, caring individuals. The company is making an effort to improve teamwork. Our new CEO brings a renewed energy and will hopefully take us to the next level.
Cons
Although there are very talented individuals, time will tell if they can all come together to meet company objectives. There seems to be a great divide between management and support staff. I've witnessed people treated unprofessionally. Some in upper management are extremely immature and manipulative, nothing is ever said about it.
