You won't get a raise after the initial getting out of training raise. Work gets cancelled a lot after election season. I felt pressured to go in when sick once like I would loose my job if I didn't and that was the only time I ever called out. We would get pizza if we worked certain days and they wouldn't let us know if they weren't getting pizza before and would give us a small snack instead so I would be starving the whole shift. Made me bring an envelope with a stamp because they had to mail my check to me. You have to do the same survey over and over for 5 hours and you get one 10 min break and a 5 min break.

Cons: Everyone you call hates you, you get yelled at, cursed at and insulted and all for just above min wage. The work is monotonous and could be done by a trained monkey, shifts are subject to change and do so on a semi frequent basis with some weeks where you may only work one or two days. I've recommended the job to multiple friends all of whom have quit in less than a month.
