      -Management is open to opinions -Not so stressful working environment -Plenty of stuff to learn -Friendly staff -Accommodation is provided (depends on availability)

      - limited career options -few annual leave -no internet access (at personal work station) -huge gap in skill set (management & technical) between senior and junior staff -

      if you can think of one, then it is that.

      Cons

      medical claim <400 per year for engineer. Some might get lesser than 400. OT pay nothing because your boss said it is your responsibility. Every thing is P&C but expect you to know the P&C part when doing your job. A chinese based employer normally do A-Z with A salary only. Think twice when wanted to do this job.
