      Pros

      Meaningful work with people who really care about each other and our patients. Clear vision and mission - transform care for seniors and strengthen communities where we work.

      Cons

      Healthcare is always changing - so we change things up a lot. New medications, new processes, new norms to always keep up with. The pace is fast here - so by Friday I am exhausted but it was good and worthwhile work.

      I Hope This Company Goes Out of Business

      Pros

      You HAD a good culture, and then you destroyed it with your lack of business strategy and finance management.

      Cons

      Multiple layoffs, despite having privileged educational backgrounds the leadership didn't learn much of anything... I think this is the most reckless C-level executive leadership I've ever worked for.
