Management treats me well. Really good benefits including PTO and decent pay. Not too much overtime. People care about each other.

Cons

Management wasn't good. Lots of times had to teach yourself things. Pay needs to be better for amount of things you had to do yourself. Systems are outdated which was annoying. Got injured on job. I did not feel supported. Made it seem like my fault. They did not penalize the person who could have prevented it by following correct guide lines because he was lazy. Overall only thing good was insurance and time off.
