Worst company ever seen in my carrier, I suggest not to join this Company.

When we are joining they are taking 3 years bond and they mentioned they will give hike every year but not at all they will give hike and if we ask they asking for bond extension then only they will give hike. If we want to exit from the company also they will not allow us and asking to pay money what salary we are getting per year and they are saying if we want to leave the job no issue when verification come they are saying they will not verify that. How come like this after all our career they are spoiling. Do not come to this company. Here they are playing only political games they will and spoil our careers.
