      -Ask for results above your job description without compensation or discussion -no raises -not compensated for extra work or initiatives -they have no problem asking you to work obertime without compensation -exploit trust and loyalty of their long-term staff -promote from outside -new executive team is closed-minded to feedback -no people focus -HR is not for the people - only to protect the company

      Not a place to grow, Management keep you junior resources, Toxic

      Good team Mates. Learning what company need. Great to work with other departments in company. Dinners!

      Cons

      My first manager was understanding and motivating. After my reporting was changed, my life became miserable. My new Manager provided hostile conditions at the workplace and provided no clarity about work decisions and priorities. I've often noticed my manager treating teammates poorly, showing the power of the title and place in the company. My manager didn't allow me to grow and kept me at the junior level. I've so much potential to grow and always wanted to help the team grow. Senior management is a bunch of clever folks making the work environment toxic. There's no room for growth at Chatters.
