Pros

There were none pros to this company that I ever found.

Cons

I had an interview set up for an accountant position. When I arrived I waited over an hour for my interview with the owner who never did attend. I was interviewed by her father and then by HR where I was told the position I was brought in for was already filled but they wanted to offer me a business a management position. I accepted the position against my better judgment. The day I started they were so unorganized that the orientation started an hour late because HR didn't show on time. Once that was over which was just filling out paperwork I was left sitting in an area by myself well they tried to decide where they were going to put me. That first day I was moved 3 times. The second day when I arrived I was given some BS test for the company and told to completed it in whatever means possible but mainly using their website which is not user friendly. I then sat for a week and a half before I was shown anything regarding the work that the company did. (mind you they knew I had no chargeback experience when they offered me the position). Once I was shown some work I could preform I was called into a meeting and told I was being moved to a different department. I moved that afternoon and was introduced to the person who was supposed to train me. He gave me a project that come to find out they had been trying to complete for more than 6 plus months and their employees where not doing it. No other training or direction provided. Long story short I completed the project and once it was turned in I was approached by HR and told that they were letting me go because I was not enough of a self motivator. Mind you I had gone to HR on a number of occasion explaining that I was not being shown anything regarding the business or was I ever shown or told exactly what department I was managing. This company is a joke.

Pros

It's a pay check a lot of entertainment to watch on the side lines Growing company They don't bounce payroll .

Cons

I have been here almost a year while I go to school and no manager left to relocate or take higher paying job. They were fired and the company is planting false reviews because people are being honest and they don't like it. Take a look yourself if you don't believe the reviews they are covering. Youll see proof. Huge hiring binge lately so it is safe to say there will also be firings which is common here so we are waiting. No training Eat at your desk No parking The favorite few get all the cigarette breaks they want all day long but others need to stay at their desks and not take so many smoke breaks which was communicated by Hr. Hr smokes like a smoke stack so the rules don't apply to anyone but favorires. Nobody knows what's going on or they do but tell you different. Very high stress Lots of drama Lots of lies

Pros

I liked my commute and, by the end of my one-year career at this ridiculous place, that was the only pro worth mentioning.

Cons

I have never seen such high turnover in any company ever, but, now that I have left the company twice, I understand completely as to why people leave. This place has more drama than Telemundo during the daytime and absolutely too much cringe-worthy politics for such a small, fly-by-night company. Certain managers have caused many good people to either leave the company or they have had them fired out of pure, petty jealousy and simply lack of managerial skills. Several of the employees have criminal records, but that doesn't stop them from being hired at this place. Some of those in positions of power don't even have a college education, but they hold managerial roles simply because they have been employed in the company the longest out of everyone. The atmosphere throughout most departments is very unprofessional. They hire Hooters girls, bartenders, fast-food workers, and backwoods rednecks who barely got out of high school instead of college-educated professionals. Even when they do hire college-educated professionals, they can't keep them because they don't pay them, they mistreat them, and they seem to simply don't know what to do with them. Parking is a problem because they just randomly hire a lot people knowing that most of them will just end up leaving. It's kind of like The Gong Show. Last but not least, they don't appreciate the hard workers in the company; they punish them because they cause the managers to show their true colors (lazy and incompetent). Bottom line: this place is a joke.
