Worst company I’ve ever worked for

Pros

SOME not ALL of the people are nice

Cons

Worst company I’ve had the pleasure working for - avoid at all costs. Very unprofessional working environment, brokers are rude, uncooperative, selfish and ‘cry babies’ when they don’t get their way. Managers are weird and expect their employees to have no life outside of work. You will constantly work overtime, late hours and on weekends and never be appreciated for it as it is seen as the bare minimum. SLT are clueless, new CEO’s , COO’s, CFO’s coming in who are useless. OG people getting pushed out due to office politics. New management will certainly run this already sinking ship to the ocean floor. Managers look out for themselves, will never hesitate to throw their own teams under the bus. Annual leave gets declined for no reason. No employee benefits, rubbish Xmas parties, very poor pay, they offer ‘commission’ and ‘bonus’ which get cancelled every year, they have the WORST reputation in this industry. They’ll employ someone to try and improve processes however that person would then leave within a week knowing there’s no helping this circus show. High employee turnover, they beg industry professionals to join however many always decline due to the bad rep of the company

Pros

ZERO FOR THE UAE OFFICE - Plenty for other CF offices

Cons

Dubai Team: - Micromanagement levels you have never seen before - VERY Toxic Environment - Favoritism and bias with employees - Disrespectful managers that shout on the employees - Your manager will often shout at you and make you feel like you're stupid - This current manager has different moods and different ways to treat you, you manage yourself with that - Empty promises, VERY bad training, or no useful training. They market themselves as "Learning by doing" which is total BS and does not work. - Your manager will bluntly tell you, I don't care if you don't sleep, don't eat, don't leave the office, all i care about is the target. - They give the worst tools to their employees i.e. Old laptops and very slow phones and the worst CRM systems while they expect you to perform - Gossip culture level 10000 promoted by the current manager - Double or maybe Triple standards - Hierarchy that does not allow room for open communication or suggestion - The only way the manager changed her behavior is by being reported to the HR, but even with that i feel like she will still go back to having a bad attitude later on - 90% of passenger team is looking for other jobs - I have seen employees crying because of the manager's treatment more than twice - IT Team is basically none existent, problems with the CRM are daily and affect your daily performance
