      Pros

      I've been working at ChangeGPS for under 6 months and have really enjoyed my time in the role. The leadership at ChangeGPS takes a true top-down approach, where leaders are working in the trenches with the rest of the team, ready to offer support and lead by example. If you're looking for a company that shows respect to everyone, gives you opportunities to grow and welcomes all your crazy and different ideas then ChangeGPS is the place! Plus, the company is WFH friendly!

      Cons

      Too many food and shopping options nearby. Not good for the wallet.

      Pros

      Genuine care for each other. Collaborative work within teams and the whole organization. The platform is on a fast track for development. Great growth opportunities.

      Cons

      It is a fast-paced environment. If you want to be on an express train this is the place. If you want to go through the motions and not have a crack then you will not enjoy ChangeGPS.

      Need to be an outgoing person or we can be a bit much for quieter people.
