Pros

Not many pros unless you like bullying service users . Individual staff teams can be nice but the culture sooner or later gets to everyone.

Cons

CRI has a bullying environment, treats staff nearly as badly as it treats clients. Senior management are ONLY concerned with targets and getting more services. Some staff are very judgemental about service users. CRI makes unrealistic promises to its commissioners. No career progression unless you join in with the fakers

Pros

Use to have positive motivated colleagues. All gone, this organisation does not take constructive criticism. 1 size fits all.

Cons

Not in anyway focused on the patient/client/service user. On paper I would be really impressed if I didn’t work for them.

Pros

Some good, kind, intelligent colleagues but many are leaving

Cons

-Dangerously high caseloads -High levels of long term staff sickness due to stress -Very poor supervision, by far the worst I've ever experienced in over a decade in the field -Senior management seem to be unacquainted with employment law -Inadequate training/ supervision -CGL relies too much on the expertise and skills of staff that they inherit through TUPE and do not offer any real training/education of their own- this cannot go on indefinitely as the majority of skilled/experienced staff tend to leave -Harsh approach to service users but I guess this comes from the lack of training -Low quality treatment which comes at the cost of the service user -Obsessed with admin/ data collection in the belief that this somehow makes everything OK -Middle management may as well not exist
