A once very comfortable company to work for, Ceterna has now a left a very bitter taste in my mouth. just a few months ago the company had announced £5million in funding and for the past few months could not even pay employees on time. Sean also ignored emails and gave little to no communication on critical situations.
Other things to note:
- Had a very obvious blame culture coming right from the CEO Sean
- Consulting processes were not followed and each senior seemed to have their own
way of doing things
- Staff retention was non existent
- Lack of transparency all around
- Claimed to be a customer centric company but often dismissed those same customers.
