Pros

* Company is Growing because of employees hard work. * for freshers its a good company ( make sure u leave once everything set) * good exposure for freshers. * Company working system is good * Top management will take very good decision in business. * Company's focus is clear (Yes, to make money).

Cons

* No Employee Benefits * Poor food @ Canteen( U hv to pay 1050 if u avail food in company else 500Rs. will be taken from ur CTC as a subsidiary food) * Very bad transport facility ( only few routes and they will not drop you near to your home) * Only few leaves and they will not allow u take even a single day leave (Remember that u r working for 6 days a week, u should get leave when its required) * If there is any unanticipated compulsory holiday announced by government.. thats allllll.... company will snatch your sunday holiday and they claims its an compensation ( we worked for 2 weeks continuously) * Middle level management never bothers about low level Bcoz they wanna grow to top level management. Top level management never bothers about low level and technician level . * Promotion is based purely on Politics. * No encouragement. * Everyone wants to take credit, even if u do very excellent job, they never cares... * Now this company is got a disease ( Landmark education) , for few its a medicine and many employee its a poison. Company forcing employee to attend this course on employee pocket money to improve production efficiency- this really sucks. 7K monthly earning guys paid 11K to attend this course. seen many staff worried and literally cried. Top level management is purely responsible. * No team work * culture is very bad, 6 days working ( staff are forced to stay in office for 6 days so they do all politics, drama in office only Bcoz they don even have time to think about family- better give 5 days work. it will helpful to reduce these stuffs. conculsion: u hv to work for 6 days in a week ( 9AM to 5.30PM) . its in yelahanka if u r in city u need to leave home by 7.30AM to 8.00AM and u will return to home by 7PM think well

Pros

very young and energetic staff. Average age of employee being around 31yrs. Vast exposure and opportunity to learn and enhance self skills.

Cons

Tremendous pressure. High expectation from the management. No time will be given for settlement. Within a week you will be dropped in the middle of ocean and asked to swim across. Scarcity of decision makers.
