      Pros

      Great people, tech and purpose. Love the culture: #thinkbig #getshitdone #havefun has a real family feel to the business. So good coming to work with a smile and leaving with one. Great to see people grow and realise their potential too.

      Cons

      It’s not for the faint hearted. Lots of problem solving and little to no play book if you’re a fan of copy and paste. To thrive here you need to be a pioneer and challenger of the status quo.
