You are trusted to do your job and do it well. The owner places so much trust and faith into his employees that they're treated like friends and family. They're open minded to new technology and are always looking for the latest and greatest way to do things. This has truly been one of the best jobs I've had in my entire life.

CTS is growing under the current management team. The President is very approachable and charismatic and takes the success of this company very seriously because he sees it as a way to help his employees succeed in their career objectives too. Training is largely provided and greatly encouraged for our Tech team, often helping pay for certifications and training. Management understands the importance of and greatly supports family. I have seen more than once the comradery at this company reach out to an employee to support them during a tragedy or rough patch. Management is also very selective in finding employees who fit our business model and add to our team rather than weaken it.
