Pros
I learned a ton while working here, especially when it came to handling high-traffic websites. It was definitely challenging, but that’s where the growth came from. If you’re looking to level up your skills in a real-world setting, there were plenty of opportunities to do just that.
Cons
That said, it wasn’t all smooth sailing. Back in 2020, the tech we were using felt a bit outdated, and it caused some frustration among the team. There was also a lot of uncertainty and not much transparency, which made it tough to know what was going on. Plus, the internal politics sometimes got in the way of getting things done. Hopefully, things have changed for the better since then.
