      Friendly and family-like work environment. Colleagues are highly skilled and supportive. Great place to learn quickly, especially for new graduates. Well-structured training and development programs with clear growth paths. Decent medical reimbursement and basic welfare.

      Cons

      Heavy workload and high pressure in some roles. Internal politics exist, especially at higher levels. Slow promotion and career advancement depending heavily on yearly evaluations. Long working hours for some departments. Many KPIs and extra projects expected without additional pay. Managers sometimes deliberately give low performance ratings. Salary increases and bonuses are minimal compared to the workload.
