Pros

No pros ,just dipression, stress, bad work life balance 9am to 7pm only 10 holidays in an year

Cons

Please think twice before joining this company. They require new hires to sign employment bonds, and after getting all the work done — often by making false promises — they laid off nearly half of the hardworking employees without any prior notice or justification. These were people who gave their best, worked under pressure, and delivered results. Instead of being appreciated, they were let go suddenly and unfairly. There is no job security, and once your work is done, you're easily disposable. The CEO lacks technical understanding and relies solely on family members for decision-making. Senior leadership is ineffective and unhelpful — there’s no support system, no learning environment, and zero growth opportunities. If you believe this sounds exaggerated, I urge you to reach out to former employees on LinkedIn — their stories will confirm everything. This is not a company — it’s a trap. No benefits, no security, no future. Avoid at all costs.

Pros

Office Management is good. They are trying to make the workplace comfortable for employees.

Cons

People who are acting as TL there does only 10% of the work done by employees in other recruiting companies. IDK how people with such low communication skills and very low IQ are appointed Team leaders. Above all they just keep on feeding negatives to new joinees and make fun of the management and really make it hard 2 work on the floor.

Centizen hires leaders not the slaves. Centizen employees are trained to reach the management to report their concern and issues. Centizen management is always available to address employee’s concern. This is a false review. We are always looking for leaders who are interested to learn, work proactive and able to provide suggestions to improve our productivity. We have a very healthy and supportive work environment where our employees can work together and improve their skills.
