Pros
This is the best environment I have worked in by far. The core values are truly lived out through the employees but most importantly, the executive leadership. Office morale is positive and inviting and like a true work family. Everyone has everyone's best interest in mind and that results in the company's success. I have heard many of the upper leadership members express concern and care for the employees and they understand the company would not be successful without the employees (not a lot of companies would show this these days). CenterState continues to grow and, while most companies during growth would lose sight of what made them, the leadership at CenterState strives to keep their values in plain sight.
