The titles are misleading. You aren’t given the real opportunity to do any of the work someone with that title would be able to do. No training provided because they don’t know what the title means either.

If you want a job where you cannot work without being micromanaged on every little mundane detail then this is for you. You cannot suggest any differences besides what is being told for you to.
