This employer provided me with necessary skills to work with individuals with developmental disabilities. I was able to become more understanding and more patient.

Cons

I felt that there was no room to grow and move up in the company. That feeling of stagnation did not feel good.

The work seems like it could have been real, feel good work had proper training been given.

Cons

There was literally no training for my position. The only thing given was a literal print out of the templates for notes.
