1. On the name of standup meetings few managers have spent there time with useless comedy and unnecessary targeting employee 2. WFH means work from home is only for the those whose is working from many years are in good contact with manager or the higher position person, for the others if he will take WFH even for valid reason he started facing problems in future, same for sick leave need to follow many protocols (even in this Covid19 pandemic time they will talk with you like you have forcefully created this Corona situation so that you can take WFH) 3. Don't raise your voice if you found something wrong just be in good contact with all persons specially with your colleagues who is working more than 4 years, also if someone is fresher but he or she is in good contact with manager or other lead position person. 4. Be careful about your social network Facebook, insta, or Twitter they will have eye on everything, if you spend good weekend a d sharing on fb in next week you will face more work and other suggestions related to your performance etc.. 5. TECHNOLOGY: Anytime he will remove you from one project and shift you in another project or another technology just because you raise your voice genuinely if something goes wrong. Sometimes they also put on bench and might delay salary, don't raise your voice and don't dare to ask when salary will be credited you will listen answer like "your most of the time is unbillable how can we do your salary"
