Co workers were great to work with. The owners were very good employers.

Flexible schedule. Stores are only open Mon-sat (mostly because they don't have enough staff to open Sundays).
Cons
Paychecks are regularly a week late. Owners often confuse sick time with overtime pay. It's an "accident" that I've seen with multiple employees. Owners talk down to employees and will blame employees when the owners make mistakes. They keep almost no inventory in the stores and when customers order phones, its often a week before the owners have the credit to actually order the phones in. Oh yeah, forget about any benefits. Corporate Verizon offers employee discounts on plans, but I'm sure the owners would charge employees for it if the could. If I were a betting man, I'd say they'll be out of business by 2016.
