- HR controls the company.
- HR automatically sides with manager, doesn’t give true HR support at all.
- Company doesn’t care at all about its employees.
- Employees out to get each other, always have to watch your back even within your own team.
- Gossiping and drama very high, feels more like teenagers in high school then professionals in a company.
- Ironic that the company creates a product intended to make the world a safer place, yet the company enables a toxic, unsafe environment for its employees.
- Bullying of employees between teammates as well as between manager and employee and no HR support when this happens.
- No work life balance at all.
- Open space environment designed without understanding the needs of employees, and no enforcement of standard rules of behavior for sitting in open space, so there can be someone who is constantly loud and they are allowed to continue behaving like this.
- Internal surveys done to improve quality for employees but HR never actually does anything real with the results. One year I spent time to fully complete the survey with detailed comments because I thought the company cared. After seeing how the company did nothing with the results, I never took future surveys seriously, so in a sense the survey results become flawed because employees don’t bother to fill it in seriously.
- Managers throw their employees under the bus.
- The CMO is a snake, lousy leader, and has no clue about marketing...but he was recently fired so that’s at least a step in the right direction.
- No career advancement
- New hires rather than promotion within the company
