      Salary was good and vacation policy.

      Cons

      Some coworkers are two faced. Nice to your face and stab you in the back otherwise. Unfortunately the management listen to them which keeps the day to day operations in chaos.

      Casual work environment, comradery, great people that do what it takes to get the job done. Unique industry full of great customers and partners.

      Lack of processes, and roles and responsibility. Leadership needs improvement from the very top to the mid-level.
