no good policies like health policy, leave policy, notice period policy. for freshers it has 3 years service agreement with low package. no additional perks. leave policy and leave encashment policy is worst. no other tax benefits available.. they don't have proper management for finance and hr related queries and policies they rely on some other consultant and they are not permanent.. Tax deduction is high compare to other companies. I will never recommend this company anyone to join unless the candidate has not any other opportunities. work pressure is high, sometimes no work life balance. no growth in terms of technical skills. this company is run by few members and they have no career insight. mostly employees work as a contractor for other companies so there is high risk of getting fire. no job security. I would rate in minus if there would be any such option.

So far, in my 3+ years with Celcom Solutions, I haven’t faced any major challenges. The company is very understanding and always provides the necessary resources or support regardless of experience level.
