      Pros

      Biggest IC company in Latin America, CEITEC has a highly specialized technical staff. Easy going work mates. Good salaries for the region. An experienced P&D division.

      Cons

      Most issues are function of public administration: political statements, burocracy. Large amount of resources is destined to administrative workers, even their function is supporting the real makers.
