You can learn a lot. Is near from home if you live on Maresme, Good people You work 38h per week. Flexible timetable. Fresh fruit.
Cons
Middle management is poor. Leadership is null, and direction is always changing. Impossible to a review of your salary, is better leave the company and come back again. A lot of rotation. The company don't do anything to retain the talent. Don't try to change anything if you don't want became the black sheep
