      I have been working at Catsy full-time for more than 5 years. I was put on some very interesting projects that continue to improve the platform.

      Pros

      I was fresh out of university and started work at Catsy. They team and management was very welcoming and I improved my skills by leaps and bounds in a very short period of time. My code is being used which makes me happy.

      Cons

      Need more processes in place. Sometimes they follow but at times it is adhoc. Part of this is due to the team being young.
