Pros

The people that were not in a top management position were fantastic and easy to get along with.

Cons

The CEO, COO, CTO have made it a game to see just how low they can take this company and just how unethical they can be in their business practices. The salary is sub-par by industry standards, but you get discounted snacks...oh boy! The executive team almost demands that you suck up to them, kiss their feet, and treat them as if they were royalty. If you don't then you are considered a non-team player and you will be fired. The company has such huge potential, but as long as the current ownership is in place the company will continue to be stagnant with no upward growth.

Pros

- Hybrid Schedule - Decent Benefits - Environment can be fun and friendly

Cons

- Everyone in the customer service department has been there less than a year and a half including upper level management. - They don’t trust their employees and micromanage everything they do. - They fire people on a whim. I saw someone get fired because they took a couple days off when their grandfather died. - The pay is abysmal and the CEO likes to park his Cyber truck in the back as a reminder why you are paid poorly. - They will sabotage your chances at other jobs.

Pros

Professional, but not "Corporate" - Cat5 is doing big business, but still feels and acts like a small company, in all the right ways. My team was quick to welcome me and they were genuinely interested in getting to know me - feeling put at ease from the first few hours and introductions, makes focusing and settling in to learn the job all that much easier. No question was too small to ask of the managers that were training me, everyone really wants you to feel comfortable, confident, and to enjoy the job! The vibe at Cat5 is very open - this is a growing company and you can tell that people are passionate about what they are doing. Hard work is rewarded with plenty of opportunities to play - we have catered luncheons once a month and several activities outside of work which are great for mixing things up, getting all groups of people together.

Cons

Not a con so much as a reality in many workplaces, especially within Customer Service - things can change quickly and you need to be flexible and able to juggle a lot of things .
