Good products and work life balance A lot of young, hardworking employees eager to contribute

Cons

Above market rate salary, but expectations are higher than your pay grade Upper management lacks a clear vision and direction for the staff but still maintain "high expectations" so employees exhaust themselves running around in circles Really poor internal communications so most teams have no idea what other departments are doing. Guidance and upskilling of staff is not high on the priorities here. Career prospects are limited

Frequent late-night OT & constant weekend messages from leadership. Lack of clear direction from upper management, with teams expected to figure things out on their own.

- fast paced - young environment, good energy - nice office with nice perks

Cons

- lack of clear direction from management, lack of planning with constant changes that could happen overnight - unrealistic workload, seems like a culture where you have to constantly firefight - lack of recognition in the work done - seem to focus on numbers and $$, not so much about the employees from the management
