Cons

The only thing that this company has is a terrible leadership that doesn't know how to communicate. The leaders here have zero communication skills, and they're awful at making huge decisions. The work environment is extra tiring and exhausting because of all the problems brought about by the leadership's incompetence.

Beware before getting pulled into this mess

A few coworkers tried to be decent, and that was about the only thing that made the days tolerable.

Cons

It felt like I was always guessing what was going on because the managers rarely said anything straight, I put in long days, burned gas, and kept being told things that never actually happened . There was a constant vibe of fear, like one wrong move and you were next, and that stress never really shut off. I watched harassment get brushed aside and lies treated like normal communication. Favor was clearly given to a small circle, and if you were outside of it, you felt disposable. The whole setup felt unethical. My advice, beware before getting pulled into the same mess.
