Hours, leadership, “old school” employees who don’t want to change, no lunch, no appreciation for anything you do. No one cares about safety and broken equipment. They want you to “Cowboy it”
Paid weekly, fun group of guys to work with and corporate is nice
Cons
The operations aspect is horrible, no one cares about safety and despite corporate having standards and expectations it's not done at least at the Bradenton office. You have “safety meetings” but yet no one wants to address the broken equipment and vehicles. Leaders are too busy telling us to wear safety vests instead of fixing doors that don’t work in our trucks.
