      Pros

      They market some great yarns.

      Cons

      No policy handbook, no effective communication. Principals will prevaricate rather than admit any culpability to a problem. IE: Not giving new instructions regarding a process resulting in process failure; becomes the employee's fault. Unfortunately, the company decisions are based on subjective emotion rather than objective business practices. Benefits have been cut steadily each year and raises are done as the principals "feel like it". There are no yearly job reviews although they are always ready to "write someone up" if they feel a job hasn't been performed to their *unique* perspective of that job.

      People are disposable - most turnover I've every seen.

      Pros

      The people, employees and customers were great. We were able to function as a cohesive team despite the extremely negative environment.

      Cons

      Small family business, varied from 15-21 employees at any given time. In the 3 years I worked there, I can count upwards of 30 people coming in and going out of their revolving door.

      Yarn is nice. some of the coworkers were pretty great.

      Cons

      • Constant fighting between married owners, in the office in front of everyone. • If you make any kind of mistake, real OR perceived, you can expect to be screamed at, talked to like a child, corrected in front of everyone. • Often spoken to for not knowing how to do something, after doing exactly what they've asked you to do. • Both owners have a superiority issue. Everyone is beneath them. • Called male Warehouse manager a "Princess" in front of all employees (when mgr wasn't in the rom of course), spoke disparagingly of several office employees to all other office employees publicly • Went into the office unmasked after testing positive for COVID
