      Company culture is changing, improving and is on the up and up. There is always room for improvement but suggestions are welcomed and encouraged - different from before. The best thing is that there are changes... continuous improvement is the goal

      We're growing, it takes time to indefinitely feel the change and impact - so far so good

      Pros

      Awesome team; very friendly and welcoming; knowledgeable; helpful. Management is very open and available. Lots of communication. I've heard about the company before they made some changes to structure and management, and I very much like what they've done/where they look to be going.

      Cons

      Small 401K program; uncertainty of overall plan for company management structure.

      Pros

      I am a new employee to CST, so I am not privet to the past management, what I can say is the entire team, from managers to techs are helpful, friendly and simply stated, GOOD people. This is a company that I will definitely invest my efforts and I know will value me as well.

      Cons

      Only con so far is that the company is not yet as widely utilized as I can clearly see it's potential being.
