Pros
This company does show they care about their employees. The CEO always says hello and calls me by name. They seem to value employee satisfaction.
Cons
Since it’s a non-profit, it has its challenges to compete in this industry. It seems like budgets (and shortfalls) do affect how we do business, which is to be expected, but not always what employees want to hear about. We just want to be able to do our job.
