      Pros

      Great customers, environmentally friendly, remote work available for some positions, The CEO cares about every employee. Most employees are friendly and do great work.

      Cons

      Outside of the CEO, top leadership is uninspiring. I observed favoritism and personally experienced targeted unprofessional behavior by leadership on more than one occasion.
