Pros

- They provide free lunch almost every week. - Insurance benefits are offered after six months. - They support employees staying in Canada. - A great opportunity for undergraduates.

Cons

The workload is lighter compared to other call centers, but since it’s still a call center, you’ll need to interact with customers on a daily basis.

Cons

Although the workload is lighter compared to other call centers, it's still a call center job where you’re expected to speak with customers every day — including, at times, angry or upset ones.
