Pros
This is a great company with thoughtful, supportive management. The work I do is rewarding, fulfilling, and important. The people I work with are wonderful.
Cons
Although it is a non-traditional schedule (necessary to work some evenings and weekends), the schedule is somewhat flexible and allows for quality work/life balance.
