Pros

I really like my coworkers and couldn't make it through the day without them. Other than that, I have nothing nice to say about this company.

Cons

The list is so long I don't even know where to start. The pay is horrible. The company was bought out a year ago and they still don't have it together. HR is absolutely no help when issues arise. The claim count is ridiculous. If you ask for help, you get in trouble. If you don't ask, they get mad. You really can't win.

Pros

Great employees who really care about their customers! This company has the ability to grow significantly, if HR and the senior executives would listen to its employees and the middle management team. Much of the "old" leadership has departed since the company was aquired, which is excellent and definitely serves the best interest of the employees.

Cons

The HR team is awful! It is led by a self-serving shrew who tries to influence personnel and management decisions based on her opinion of the candidate or employee. She has been there for years and she panders to the executive leaders so much that they fail to see how she treats middle management and front-line staff. If you don't "play her game", she tries to undermine your success. Beware! There is a lot of turnover, for obvious reasons.

Pros

ice cream once per year

Cons

overwhelming workload, no training to speak of, too many manual processes, full 40 hour work week, half-hour lunches, low pay, unresponsive/clueless management, high burnout/turnover rate, no support staff, constant phone calls, people crying at their desks daily, high stress/irate callers, it is a call center even though they tell you in the interview that it's not
